Abstract

The paper reviews addresses key questions in education development, beginning with the question of monitoring developments since the beginning of the twentieth century and then asking to monitor changes in teaching and learning methods and environments. Moreover, a question to monitor what educators want to keep pace with these shifts in the goals and strategies of education, and conclude with a question about how these targets can achieved.
