This paper aims to present a constructive discussion about the professional Development of the Arab teacher in a changing world, and how will the Teacher preparation and training will be between Formation, professionalization, and Empowerment? Moreover, how will be defined the responsibilities? Also, how to build a new social image for the Arab teacher in society.
