Abstract

Abstract: This paper aims to shed light on the creativity development, and raises questions about quality as an Approach to the creativity development, including what is creative mentality or in other words what is the creativity? , What is Quality? , What is the relationship between creativity and quality? And how is the way to develop creativity? Especially through partnership between various interested institutions, including schools, scientific societies, and the family.
