Abstract

In the present study, the investigators identified the adjustive behaviours performed by teachers in their working environment because these behaviours are needed to cope with situations and also to perform their profession in an effective way by making use of available resources in the working environment. The investigators used the survey method to collect the data from the teacher and used a simple random sampling technique to select the samples from the target population. Percentage and differential analysis were used to determine the level of adjustive behaviour performed by teachers. This study reveals that the teachers performing their adjustive behaviours are found to be high, and they also belong to different sex and work in different nature of schools to perform the same level of adjustive behaviours.
