The study aimed at introducing a proposed model to apply the total quality standards in distance learning of the educational science programs in Ajloun University College.. The researchers used the analytical descriptive approach. The sample of the study consisted of (300) students who were selected according to the stratified method. A tool was developed consisting of two parts: the first is concerned with demographic data, and the second includes the (49) items of the comprehensive quality standards questionnaire distributed over six standards. The researchers were able to present a model for the application of comprehensive quality standards in teaching educational science programs in distance learning at Ajloun University College, consisting of six standards. They are: the quality of strategic planning, the quality of the faculty member, the quality of communication, the quality of distance education management, the quality of measurement and evaluation, and the quality of electronic content design.
The results of the study showed that the degree of application of comprehensive quality standards in teaching educational sciences programs in distance learning at Ajloun University College from the point of view of the study sample was within the average degree of application. The existing overall quality and the desired situation in teaching educational sciences programs in distance learning at Ajloun University College is due to the gender variable. Based on the results, the two researchers recommended researching Ajloun College to spread the culture of applying comprehensive quality standards among workers, and to strengthen the technical infrastructure for the implementation of distance education programs there.
